1. A method for treating pulmonary hypertension, the method comprising a step of administering to a patient suffering from pulmonary hypertension an anti-Resistin antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof comprising a heavy chain variable region and a light chain variable region, wherein:
(a) the heavy chain variable region comprises SEQ ID NO:3 or an amino acid sequence identical to SEQ ID NO:3 except for a conservative substitution at up to 5 amino acid positions of SEQ ID NO:3, and the light chain variable region comprises SEQ ID NO:7 or an amino acid sequence identical to SEQ ID NO:7 except for a conservative substitution at up to 5 amino acid positions of SEQ ID NO:7;
(b) the heavy chain variable region comprises SEQ ID NO:13 or an amino acid sequence identical to SEQ ID NO:13 except for a conservative substitution at up to 5 amino acid positions of SEQ ID NO:13, and the light chain variable region comprises SEQ ID NO:17 or an amino acid sequence identical to SEQ ID NO:17 except for a conservative substitution at up to 5 amino acid positions of SEQ ID NO:17;
(c) the heavy chain variable region comprises SEQ ID NO:23 or an amino acid sequence identical to SEQ ID NO:23 except for a conservative substitution at up to 5 amino acid positions of SEQ ID NO:23, and the light chain variable region comprises SEQ ID NO:27 or an amino acid sequence identical to SEQ ID NO:27 except for a conservative substitution at up to 5 amino acid positions of SEQ ID NO:27;
(d) the heavy chain variable region comprises SEQ ID NO:33 or an amino acid sequence identical to SEQ ID NO:33 except for a conservative substitution at up to 5 amino acid positions of SEQ ID NO:33, and the light chain variable region comprises SEQ ID NO:37 or an amino acid sequence identical to SEQ ID NO:37 except for a conservative substitution at up to 5 amino acid positions of SEQ ID NO:37;
(e) the heavy chain variable region comprises SEQ ID NO:43 or an amino acid sequence identical to SEQ ID NO:43 except for a conservative substitution at up to 5 amino acid positions of SEQ ID NO:43, and the light chain variable region comprises SEQ ID NO:47 or an amino acid sequence identical to SEQ ID NO:47 except for a conservative substitution at up to 5 amino acid positions of SEQ ID NO:47;
(f) the heavy chain variable region comprises SEQ ID NO:53 or an amino acid sequence identical to SEQ ID NO:53 except for a conservative substitution at up to 5 amino acid positions of SEQ ID NO:53, and the light chain variable region comprises SEQ ID NO:57 or an amino acid sequence identical to SEQ ID NO:57 except for a conservative substitution at up to 5 amino acid positions of SEQ ID NO:57;
(g) the heavy chain variable region comprises SEQ ID NO:63 or an amino acid sequence identical to SEQ ID NO:63 except for a conservative substitution at up to 5 amino acid positions of SEQ ID NO:63, and the light chain variable region comprises SEQ ID NO:67 or an amino acid sequence identical to SEQ ID NO:67 except for a conservative substitution at up to 5 amino acid positions of SEQ ID NO:67;
(h) the heavy chain variable region comprises SEQ ID NO:73 or an amino acid sequence identical to SEQ ID NO:73 except for a conservative substitution at up to 5 amino acid positions of SEQ ID NO:73, and the light chain variable region comprises SEQ ID NO:77 or an amino acid sequence identical to SEQ ID NO:77 except for a conservative substitution at up to 5 amino acid positions of SEQ ID NO:77;
(i) the heavy chain variable region comprises SEQ ID NO:83 or an amino acid sequence identical to SEQ ID NO:83 except for a conservative substitution at up to 5 amino acid positions of SEQ ID NO:83, and the light chain variable region comprises SEQ ID NO:87 or an amino acid sequence identical to SEQ ID NO:87 except for a conservative substitution at up to 5 amino acid positions of SEQ ID NO:87;

(l) the heavy chain variable region comprises SEQ ID NO:113 or an amino acid sequence identical to SEQ ID NO:113 except for a conservative substitution at up to 5 amino acid positions of SEQ ID NO:113, and the light chain variable region comprises SEQ ID NO:117 or an amino acid sequence identical to SEQ ID NO:117 except for a conservative substitution at up to 5 amino acid positions of SEQ ID NO:117;
(m) the heavy chain variable region comprises SEQ ID NO:123 or an amino acid sequence identical to SEQ ID NO:123 except for a conservative substitution at up to 5 amino acid positions of SEQ ID NO:123, and the light chain variable region comprises SEQ ID NO:127 or an amino acid sequence identical to SEQ ID NO:127 except for a conservative substitution at up to 5 amino acid positions of SEQ ID NO:127;
(n) the heavy chain variable region comprises SEQ ID NO:133 or an amino acid sequence identical to SEQ ID NO:133 except for a conservative substitution at up to 5 amino acid positions of SEQ ID NO:133, and the light chain variable region comprises SEQ ID NO:137 or an amino acid sequence identical to SEQ ID NO:137 except for a conservative substitution at up to 5 amino acid positions of SEQ ID NO:137;
(o) the heavy chain variable region comprises SEQ ID NO:143 or an amino acid sequence identical to SEQ ID NO:143 except for a conservative substitution at up to 5 amino acid positions of SEQ ID NO:143, and the light chain variable region comprises SEQ ID NO:147 or an amino acid sequence identical to SEQ ID NO:147 except for a conservative substitution at up to 5 amino acid positions of SEQ ID NO:147;
(p) the heavy chain variable region comprises SEQ ID NO:153 or an amino acid sequence identical to SEQ ID NO:153 except for a conservative substitution at up to 5 amino acid positions of SEQ ID NO:153, and the light chain variable region comprises SEQ ID NO:157 or an amino acid sequence identical to SEQ ID NO:157 except for a conservative substitution at up to 5 amino acid positions of SEQ ID NO:157; or
