1. A paper organizational system, the system comprising:
a base, the base including a lower element for engaging a floor;
a vertical support having a longitudinal axis, a rectangular cross-sectional shape, and a lower end and an upper end, wherein the lower end is rotatably coupled around the longitudinal axis to the lower element of the base;
a handle assembly configured to be removably coupled to the upper end of the vertical support, the handle assembly comprising a handle having a hinge element to allow the handle to rotate around a lateral axis through an angular rotation path of approximately 90 degrees;
at least one shelf assembly, wherein the shelf assembly includes:
a first plate member having a bend wherein a first shelf member projects at a first upward angle from one side of the bend and a second shelf member projects at a second upward angle from an opposing side of the bend;
a rectangular aperture defined within the first plate member sized and shaped to slidingly accommodate the vertical support;
a vertical member projecting from the bend;
a sleeve defined within the vertical member, the sleeve having a sleeve aperture which is longitudinally aligned with the rectangular aperture, and the sleeve aperture is sized and shaped to slidingly accommodate the vertical support.

4. A paper organizational kit, the kit comprising:
a base, the base including a lower element for engaging a floor;
a rectangular longitudinal support having a first end and a second end, wherein the first end is adapted to couple to the lower element of the base;
a handle assembly configured to removably couple to the second end of the longitudinal support, the handle assembly comprising a handle having a hinge element to allow the handle to rotate through an angular rotation path of approximately 90 degrees;
a plurality of shelf assemblies wherein each shelf assembly includes:
a first plate member having a bend wherein a first shelf member projects at a first upward angle from one side of the bend and a second shelf member projects at a second upward angle from an opposing side of the bend;
a rectangular aperture defined within the first plate member sized and shaped to slidingly accommodate the vertical support;
a vertical member projecting from the bend;
a sleeve defined within the vertical member, the sleeve having an sleeve aperture which is longitudinally aligned with the rectangular aperture, and the sleeve aperture is sized and shaped to slidingly accommodate the vertical support.

8. A paper organizational system, the system comprising:
a base, the base including a lower element for engaging a floor;
a vertical support having a longitudinal axis, a rectangular cross-sectional shape, and a lower end and an upper end, wherein the lower end is rotatably coupled around the longitudinal axis to the lower element of the base;
a handle assembly configured to be removably coupled to the upper end of the vertical support, the handle assembly comprising a handle having a hinge element to allow the handle to rotate around a lateral axis through an angular rotation path of approximately 90 degrees;
at least one shelf assembly, wherein the shelf assembly includes:
a first plate member having a bend wherein a first shelf member projects at a first upward angle from one side of the bend and a second shelf member projects at a second upward angle from an opposing side of the bend;
a rectangular aperture defined within the first plate member sized and shaped to slidingly accommodate the vertical support;
a vertical member projecting from the bend;
a sleeve defined within the vertical member, the sleeve having an sleeve aperture which is longitudinally aligned with the rectangular aperture, and the sleeve aperture is sized and shaped to slidingly accommodate the vertical support.

a base, the base including a lower element for engaging a floor;
a rectangular longitudinal support having a first end and a second end, wherein the first end is adapted to couple to the lower element of the base;
a handle assembly configured to removably couple to the second end of the longitudinal support, the handle assembly comprising a handle having a hinge element to allow the handle to rotate through an angular rotation path of approximately 90 degrees;
a plurality of shelf assemblies wherein each shelf assembly includes:
a first plate member having a bend wherein a first shelf member projects at a first upward angle from one side of the bend and a second shelf member projects at a second upward angle from an opposing side of the bend;
a rectangular aperture defined within the first plate member sized and shaped to slidingly accommodate the vertical support;
a vertical member projecting from the bend;
a sleeve defined within the vertical member, the sleeve having a sleeve aperture which is longitudinally aligned with the rectangular aperture, and the sleeve aperture is sized and shaped to slidingly accommodate the vertical support; and
a second shelf assembly, wherein the second shelf assembly includes:
a second plate member having a second bend wherein a third shelf member projects at the first upward angle from one side of the second bend and a fourth shelf member projects at the second upward angle from an opposing side of the second bend;
a second rectangular aperture defined within the second plate member sized and shaped to slidingly accommodate the vertical support;
a second vertical member projecting from the second bend;
a second sleeve defined within the second vertical member, the second sleeve having a second sleeve aperture which is longitudinally aligned with the second rectangular aperture, and the second sleeve aperture is sized and shaped to slidingly accommodate the vertical support.
