an array of teeth formed in the back surface;
a buckle assembly comprising:
a base comprising:
a bottom configured to be adjacently adjoined to the object;
a top oppositely disposed from the bottom;
a pawl formed on the top and configured to engage with the array of teeth;
a first wall protruding from the top;
a second wall protruding from the top that is parallel-to and offset-from the first wall,
wherein the second wall is separated from the first wall by a distance that is greater than a width of the strap;
a first ramp formed in the first wall; and
a second ramp formed in the second wall; and
a slider slidingly engaged with the first wall and the second wall between a first position and a second position, the slider comprising:
a lifter comprising:
a first L-shaped member;
a second L-shaped member oppositely disposed to the first L-shaped member;
a channel formed between the first L-shaped member and the second L-shaped member; and
wherein the channel allows passage of the strap therethrough;
wherein the lifter is movable along the first ramp and the second ramp between a first lifter location and a second lifter location;
an engaged condition wherein:
the slider is at the first position;
the lifter is at the first lifter location;
