1. A method for hydration of plants, the method comprising: generating structurally altered gaseous water molecules from water, wherein the structurally altered gaseous water molecules have a higher probability of attracting electrons into areas adjunct to the structurally altered gaseous water molecules than molecules of the water; infusing the structurally altered gaseous water molecules into water; and providing the water infused by the structurally altered gaseous water molecules to a plant for a first predetermined period of time, wherein the structurally altered gaseous water molecules cause improvement of at least one characteristic concerning growth of the plant, wherein upon being provided to the plant, the water infused by the structurally altered gaseous water molecules causes an increase of production of the plant by at least 33% as compared to production of the plant by watering, for a second predetermined period of time, the plant with one of tap water and reverse osmosis water, the first predetermined period of time being shorter than the second predetermined period of time.
