authenticating an authorization token associated with a user in a digital title management system; and
in response to the authorization token being successfully authenticated:
retrieving a private key from a private key vault to instantiate a plurality of smart contracts that commit a transaction associated with a registration of a physical asset with at least one issuance authority,
deploying the plurality of smart contracts by digitally signing the plurality of smart contracts with a cryptographic private key not assigned to the user in response to establishing a proof of claim to the physical asset,
invoking a service discovery that identifies availability of an on-line certified attesting peer nodes to attest to the transaction in accordance with proof of attestation policies associated with the physical asset, and
executing the plurality of smart contracts on a title issuance authority blockchain network hosted by the at least one issuance authority using the proof of attestation policies.
