1. A positive electrode slurry, comprising a positive electrode active substance and polyether polyol, the polyether polyol having the following constitutional formula:

R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, and R6 are each independently selected from H, a hydroxyl group, halogen, a C2-10 alkyl group, a C2-10 alkoxy group, and XM;
wherein
X is selected from —O—, —S—, and —NH—;
M has the following constitutional formula:

wherein
n is an integer ranging from 10 to 2000; and
D is H or a C1-8 alkyl group;
each R is independently selected from H, halogen, a hydroxyl group, a halogenated C1-8 alkyl group, R7, —OR7 or R7OR8, wherein R7 and R8 are each independently selected from a straight-chain or branched-chain C1-8 alkyl group, a phenyl group, a C1-8 alkyl substituted phenyl group, a C1-8 alkoxy substituted phenyl group, or a halogenated phenyl group; and
at least one of R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, and R6 is XM, and
wherein a weight ratio of the polyether polyol to the positive electrode active substance ranges from 0.0005 to 0.050.
