1. A computer-implemented method for improving cloud protocol compliance in a cloud network, the method comprising:
receiving, at a compliance system associated with the cloud network, a first request to provision a new protocol in the cloud network, wherein the compliance system comprises a maintenance module, a collection module, and an evaluation module;
prior to provisioning the new protocol in the cloud network, initiating, by the maintenance module, a pre-provisioning evaluation of the new protocol, wherein initiating the pre-provisioning evaluation comprises:
transmitting, by the maintenance module to the collection module, a second request to evaluate the new protocol;
generating, by the collection module, an evaluation data file comprising the new protocol and data associated with executing the new protocol, wherein the data comprises information needed to provision the new protocol;
transmitting, from the collection module to the evaluation module, the evaluation data file; and
determining, by the evaluation module and responsive to receiving the evaluation data file, the pre-provisioning evaluation of the new protocol based on the evaluation data file, wherein the pre-provisioning evaluation indicates whether the new protocol is compliant or non-compliant with at least one of a rule or a scope of the cloud network.
