1. A compound represented by formula I:

wherein R2 is an alkylene group having from 1 to 12 carbon atoms, an arylene group having from 5 to 18 carbon atoms, or a heterocyclic group having from 5 to 12 carbon atoms; and
wherein M is a monovalent metallic cation; a multivalent metallic cation; or an ammonium or alkyl ammonium cation derived by addition of one or more protons to a nitrogenous base.
