1. A subcutaneously implantable device comprising:
a housing;
a clip attached to the housing that is configured to anchor the device to a muscle, a bone, and/or a first tissue;
a first stiff prong with a proximal end attached to the housing and a distal end extending away from the housing that is configured to contact a first lung;
a first electrode on the first stiff prong that is configured to contact the first lung;
a second electrode on the first stiff prong that is configured to contact the first lung;
a sensor positioned on the device; and
sensing circuitry in the housing in electrical communication with the first electrode, the second electrode, and the sensor, wherein the sensing circuitry is configured to measure an impedance in the first lung using the first electrode and the second electrode, and to sense a physiological parameter using the sensor.
