1. A module structure, comprising:
a substrate comprising a base substrate, wherein the base substrate comprises a functional area and a bonding area on one side of the functional area; a plurality of bonding terminals are provided in the bonding area and arranged along a first direction and each bonding terminal extends along a second direction, and at least one floating terminal is provided in the bonding area and on at least one side of the plurality of bonding terminals in the first direction; and
a flexible circuit board, comprising: a plurality of first connection terminals corresponding to the plurality of bonding terminals, and at least one second connection terminal corresponding to the at least one floating terminal,
wherein each of the at least one floating terminal comprises a second portion extending in the second direction;
each of the at least one second connection terminal comprises a sixth portion extending in the second direction; and
wherein an orthographic projection of the sixth portion of a second connection terminal on the base substrate overlaps with an orthographic projection of the second portion of a corresponding floating terminal on the base substrate.
