1. A sample holder comprising:
a base comprising a support structure; and
a printed circuit board (PCB) in contact with the base, the PCB comprising a through hole; wherein
at least a part of the base below the through hole has a cavity,
the support structure supports a surface of a chip and is electrically connected to the base,
the support structure is disposed in the cavity, and
at least a part of a section of the support structure that supports the chip is not parallel to the surface of the chip,
wherein a superconducting quantum circuit is formed on the chip.
