1. A method performed by a network node, the method comprising:
providing, to a user equipment, a radio resource control (RRC) release message comprising an indication, wherein the indication comprises a suspend configuration field;
causing, based on the suspend configuration field, the user equipment to apply delta signalling corresponding to a suspend configuration; and
causing, responsive to the indication being to suspend to an inactive state, the user equipment to transition to the inactive state.
