1. A wireless device comprising:
a wireless transceiver;
one or more processors; and
memory storing instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the wireless device to:
transmit, to a base station, a first random access preamble;
receive, during a time window, a first random access response, wherein the time window is based on a transmission time point associated with the first random access preamble; and
transmit, after receiving the first random access response, a second random access preamble, wherein a preparation time for transmitting the second random access preamble is set based on one of:
a first subcarrier spacing associated with the first random access preamble; or
a second subcarrier spacing associated with the first random access response.
