1. A method comprising:
generating, by a mobile device, a digital signature of a mobile identifier associated with a cellular network subscriber using a value generated by a physically unclonable function (PUF);
transmitting, by the mobile device, the digital signature and a public key to a cellular network; and
receiving, by the mobile device from the cellular network, a confirmation of access to the cellular network based on the public key and the digital signature.
