1. A method, comprising:
generating correlations of feedback labels and media segment timeframes, wherein a correlation comprises a probability of a feedback label being user-selected at a certain timeframe during playback of a certain media item;
receiving a first selection signal from a first media player of a first user device;
based on the first selection signal, determining first timestamp data, wherein the first timestamp data is associated with a first segment of a media item played by the first media player;
receiving first user feedback from the first media player, wherein the first user feedback relates to at least one of the first segment or the media item;
creating a first structured representation of the first user feedback, wherein the first structured representation comprises a first feedback category determined using the first timestamp data and the correlations of feedback labels and media segment timeframes; and
creating and storing a first data record comprising the first feedback category.
