1. A system for determining amounts of resources used, the system comprising:
one or more processors; and
one or more non-transitory, computer-readable media comprising instructions that when executed by the one or more processors cause operations comprising:
generating a plurality of access tokens for an account, wherein the account is associated with a plurality of cloud computing resource classes, each cloud computing resource class comprising a plurality of resources;
binding the plurality of access tokens to the plurality of cloud computing resource classes;
receiving, from one or more remote computing devices, a plurality of access token requests, wherein each access token request corresponds to a corresponding cloud computing resource class of the plurality of cloud computing resource classes;
transmitting, according to the corresponding cloud computing resource class, a plurality of access token responses to the one or more remote computing devices;
determining, based on the plurality of access token requests and the plurality of access token responses, a corresponding quantity of each resource of the plurality of resources; and
outputting a total amount of resources used, wherein the total amount of resources used is an aggregation of the corresponding quantity of each resource of the plurality of resources.
