1. A system comprising:
a multi-mode direct current (DC) converter circuit including two or more power switches, wherein the multi-mode DC converter circuit is operable in two or more pulse width modulation (PWM) modes based on two or more PWM signal sets provided to the two or more power switches, wherein the two or more PWM modes comprise:
a single PWM mode, wherein the single PWM mode includes one or more single PWM signal sets of the two or more PWM signal sets, wherein each of the one or more single PWM signal sets includes PWM signals to modulate a single one of the two or more power switches; and
a complementary PWM mode, wherein the complementary PWM mode includes one or more complementary PWM signal sets of the two or more PWM signal sets, wherein each of the one or more complementary PWM signal sets includes PWM signals to modulate one or more pairs of the two or more power switches with a complementary pattern; and
a PWM controller, wherein the PWM controller controls which of the two or more PWM modes the multi-mode DC converter circuit operates in by providing the multi-mode DC converter circuit with an associated one of the two or more PWM signal sets.
