1. A dual band antenna, configured to operate according to a first frequency band and a second frequency band different from the first frequency band, the dual band antenna comprising:
a substrate comprising a magnetodielectric material;
an electrically conductive patch disposed on the substrate;
wherein the patch comprises at least one in-plane cutout having an H-shape or an I-shape, as observed in a plan view of the patch,
wherein the at least one in-plane cutout is disposed inside of the outer periphery of the patch, and
wherein the outer periphery of the patch comprises one or more notches.
