1. A monitoring device comprising:
at least one memory storing instructions; and
at least one processor configured to access the at least one memory and execute the instructions to:
acquire image data obtained by imaging a work area and information relating to a position at which the image data is captured;
identify, within the acquired image data, a worker scheduled to be in the work area, via face recognition using face data of the worker;
when the worker scheduled to be the work area is not identified within the acquired image data, identify, within the acquired image data, a person other than the worker and who has an entrance record or who is registered;
detect, within the image data, at least one of an unsafe behavior of the identified worker or person and an unsafe environment around the identified worker or person as an unsafe condition; and
notify a terminal of information relating to the detected unsafe condition, the identified worker or person, and information relating to a position at which the unsafe condition has been detected.
