1. A heat exchanger comprising:
an inner tube and an outer tube concentric with the inner tube;
a first flow path, a second flow path, and a third flow path, each of which spirally circulates in a space formed between the inner tube and the outer tube,
wherein the second flow path is formed between the inner tube and the first flow path and has an inlet and an outlet, the outlet formed between the inner tube and the first flow path,
wherein the second flow path is closed between the inner tube and the first flow path,
wherein a heat exchange is performed between a fluid to be processed, which is a first fluid flowing through the first flow path, and a second fluid and a third fluid flowing through the second flow path and the third fluid path via a heat transfer body, and
wherein the heat transfer body is arranged in a gap formed between the inner tube and the outer tube while spirally circulating, and a cross sectional shape of the heat transfer body in an axial-direction cross sectional view is a thread shape, and is assembled into a thread shape; by changing shapes of an external thread portion and an internal thread portion, a flow path area of the first flow path is changed, and the second flow path and the third flow path are spirally formed; then the heat exchange is performed via the heat transfer body.
