1. An adiabatic body including:
a first plate;
a second plate spaced from the first plate in a first direction to provide a vacuum space between the first plate and the second plate;
an insulating body provided adjacent to at least one of the first plate or the second plate;
a hole provided in the insulating body; and
a side plate provided between the first plate to the second plate,
wherein:
the side plate includes a section extending in a second direction that differs from the first direction, and
the section of the side plate does not extend to a region between the hole and an exterior of the adiabatic body in the first direction.
