1. A unitary floor covering for a bathroom, the unitary floor covering comprising:
a central portion configured to fit adjacent a large bathroom fixture, the central portion having a first edge and a second edge opposite the first edge;
a first wing portion configured to fit by a sink basin;
a top layer, a second layer, a third layer and a bottom layer, wherein the top layer is a low-density foam having a density ranging from 5 lb/ft3 to 8 lb/ft3 and the bottom layer is a high density foam having a density ranging from 9 lb/ft3 to 12 lb/ft3; and
a second wing portion configured to accommodate a base of a toilet or bidet, wherein the second wing portion comprises a cut out area to surround at least a portion of the base, and further wherein the first wing portion and the second wing portion are joined to the central portion.
