1. A water management system for temporarily supplying and evacuating water to a sink fixture being installed in a pre-existing room of a pre-existing building, the water management system comprising:
a first accumulator configured to store clean water for the sink fixture;
a second accumulator configured to store wastewater returned from the sink fixture;
a first vertical conduit coupled to the first accumulator, the first vertical conduit configured to extend into a ceiling of the pre-existing room and interconnect the first accumulator to a clean water supply line routed through the ceiling of the pre-existing room;
a second vertical conduit coupled to the second accumulator, the second vertical conduit configured to extend into the ceiling of the pre-existing room and interconnect the second accumulator to a pipe for carrying the wastewater that is routed through the ceiling of the pre-existing room, wherein the first vertical conduit and the second vertical conduit are rigid conduits that run parallel with one another along a support frame that extends into the ceiling of the pre-existing room, and wherein both the first accumulator and second accumulator are partially housed within, or otherwise mounted to, the support frame; and
a pump configured to evacuate the wastewater from the second accumulator, up through the second vertical conduit, to the pipe for carrying wastewater.
