1. A consumer product composition comprising:
a first population of encapsulates having a first core material surrounded by a first shell material, the first core material comprising a first benefit agent,
wherein the first core material and the first shell material are present in a first core: shell weight ratio of 95:5 or greater; and
a second population of encapsulates having a second core material surrounded by a second shell material, the second core material comprising a second benefit agent,
wherein the second core material and the second shell material are present in a second core: shell weight ratio of less than 95:5;
wherein the first population of encapsulates and the second population of encapsulates have the same particle size;
wherein the first population of encapsulates have a first fracture strength;
wherein the second population of encapsulates have a second fracture strength; and
wherein the first fracture strength is different than the second fracture strength.
