A recombinant insecticidal polypeptide having at least 950 sequence identity to the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 15, wherein the recombinant insecticidal polypeptide has insecticidal activity, wherein recombinant insecticidal polypeptide is joined to a heterologous signal sequence or a transit sequence.
