1. A compound of formula I or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof:

R3 is aralkyl substituted by two R5 in the meta positions, wherein each R5 is independently selected from alkyl, alkoxy, and halo;
each R4 is independently alkyl, carboxyl, halo, hydroxy, ester, or CN;
R7 is hydrogen, alkyl, halo, hydroxyl, alkoxy, or acyloxy; and
R10 is hydrogen or alkyl.
