drying the wet-gel blanket by irradiating the wet-gel blanket with infrared rays (IR),
wherein in the drying, infrared rays are irradiated so that a first isothermal section of 5 minutes to 30 minutes, a temperature rising section of 5 minutes to 30 minutes, and a second isothermal section of 20 minutes or less are included in a temperature profile over time of drying the wet-gel blanket.
