1. A handle, the handle comprising:
a main body;
first and second arms connected to the main body;
a pivoting head being comprised of at least two mating parts, wherein at least one of the two mating parts is a cover member and at least another one of the at least two mating parts is a base member, wherein the cover member comprises a bearing recess and is attached to the base member, wherein the base member comprises a channel, the pivoting head being coupled with the main body via the first and second arms which connect to the pivoting head utilizing sliding pins at a distal end of the first and second arms that insert into the bearing recess of the cover member and being pivotable about a first pivot axis passing through the sliding pins of the first and second arms and further being pivotable relative to the main body about a second pivot axis;
a pivot spring comprising a first coil spring, a second coil spring, and a main bar portion offset from the first coil spring and the second coil spring, wherein the main bar portion couples the first and second coil springs together in a spaced relationship;
wherein the main bar portion is at least partially disposed in the channel to bias the pivoting head into a rest position; and
wherein the first pivot axis is perpendicular to the second pivot axis.
