1. A method for making a therapeutic composition from a plurality of different birth tissues from at least one mammalian donor, comprising:
receiving a first birth tissue;
processing the first birth tissue to isolate first subcellular elements from the first birth tissue;
evaluating the isolated first subcellular elements to determine at least a first concentration of at least one first constituent;
receiving a second birth tissue;
processing the second birth tissue to isolate second subcellular elements;
evaluating the isolated second subcellular elements to determine at least a second concentration of at least one second constituent; and
mixing at least a portion of the isolated first subcellular elements and at least a portion of the isolated second subcellular elements to provide an initial blend of isolated subcellular elements having a predetermined ratio of the at least one first constituent and the at least one second constituent in the initial blend of isolated subcellular elements providing the therapeutic composition;
wherein each birth tissue is different and selected from the group consisting of: amnion, allantois, allantoamnion, umbilical cord, Wharton's jelly, amniotic fluid, umbilical cord blood, umbilical cord blood extracts, and spongey layer.
