1. A system for introducing vibrational waves into a body of a subject in an upright position, the system comprising:
a first vibration contact in mechanical communication with a first location of the body of the subject, wherein the first location is a first ischial tuberosity of the subject;
a first low frequency effect (LFE) transducer connected to the first vibration contact and configured to cause a first vibration at the first vibration contact at or between about 15 and 30 Hz;
a second vibration contact in mechanical communication with a second location of the body of the subject, wherein the second location is a second ischial tuberosity of the subject;
a second LFE transducer connected to the second vibration contact and configured to cause a second vibration at or between about 15 and 30 Hz at the second vibration contact, the second vibration having a different frequency than the first vibration resulting in a low frequency traveling wave, having a beat frequency caused by the first vibration and the second vibration differing in frequency by between 0.5 Hz and 2 Hz, within the subject that propagates to the subject's head;
a sensor in mechanical contact with the subject's head to measure one or more harmonic frequencies observed in the subject's head, the sensor comprises a mouth guard sensor integrated in a mouth guard to measure the one or more harmonic frequencies, wherein the mouth guard is customized to a maxillary tooth print pattern of the subject, the mouth guard sensor is configured to provide a feedback signal to the first LFE transducer or the second LFE transducer in response to the one or more harmonic frequencies.
