1. A system for monitoring metrics relating to a subject, the system comprising:
a sensor control device comprising a ketone sensor, at least a portion of which is configured to be in fluid contact with a bodily fluid of the subject;
a reader device, comprising:
wireless communication circuitry configured to receive measured ketone data continuously from the sensor control device;
a display configured to visually present information; and
one or more processors coupled with the wireless communication circuitry, the display, and a memory storing instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to:
display a graph comprising a ketone profile and a ketosis threshold, wherein the ketone profile displays the received measured ketone data for a time period;
display an indication of a concentration of ketone, wherein the indication is a numeric value when the concentration of ketone is at or above a low concentration threshold, and wherein the indication does not include the numeric value for the concentration of ketone if the concentration of ketone is below the low concentration threshold;
display an average of a ketone level for the time period; and
display a total amount of time in ketosis for the time period.
