1. An anchor assembly for securing a first portion and a second portion of a separated sternum, the anchor assembly comprising:
an anchor comprising:
a body insertable into a bone tunnel of one or more of the first portion and the second portion of the sternum, the body defining an end portion, and the body defining a first channel and a second channel extending through the body; and
a collar connected to the body and extending laterally outward from the end portion of the body, the collar engageable with an outer surface of the sternum;
a first lock integral to the body and extending from an outer surface of the body into the first channel and a second lock integral to the body and extending from the outer surface of the body into the second channel; and
a cerclage integrally formed into and extending from the anchor, the cerclage including a first element configured to at least partially surround the first portion of the separated sternum and insertable through the first channel, the cerclage including a second element configured to at least partially surround the second portion of the separated sternum and insertable through the second channel, and the first element connectable to the first lock and the second element connectable to the second lock to secure the cerclage and the anchor to the sternum and to secure the first portion of the separated sternum to the second portion of the separated sternum.
