16. A reel device for tightening a tensioning member, comprising:
a drive assembly comprising an upper member, a drive axle, and a gear assembly; and
a spool,
wherein the gear assembly comprises a cycloidal gear and an outer gear, wherein the outer gear is coupled to the spool such that rotation of the upper member and drive axle of the drive assembly in a first direction causes the outer gear and the spool to rotate in the first direction.
