1. A cloud-based computer system for diagnosis of conditions requiring preventive, corrective, and/or rehabilitative care to counteract adverse anatomical and/or medical effects of the substantial unnatural supination of a subtalar joint of a human foot by elevated shoe heels throughout a stance phase of running that occurs particularly during childhood growth, comprising:
a multitude of smartphones or other mobile computer devices located proximate to a center of gravity of a multitude of users during locomotion, including running and/or walking, one or more sensors located in a sole or a removable sole insert of a right footwear and a left footwear of each of the users;
one or more sensors located in each of the smartphones or other mobile computer devices;
a connection between the sensors and the smartphones or other mobile computer devices configured to provide data between the sensors and the smartphones or other mobile computer devices; and
a connection between each of the smartphones or other mobile computer devices and the cloud-based computer system configured to provide data between the smartphones or other mobile computer devices and the cloud-based computer system; wherein
at least one of the sensors located in the sole or the removable sole insert of the right footwear and the left footwear and the smartphone or other mobile computer device of the user includes a gyroscope and at least one of the sensors located in the sole or the removable sole insert of the right footwear and the left footwear and the smartphone or other mobile computer device of the user includes an accelerometer; and
said cloud-based computer system is configured to receive the data from the smartphones or other mobile computer devices and use the data to formulate the diagnosis.
