(1) in a transparent bottom view of the shoe sole, one of the two plates of the at least two of the plates is disposed on an inner instep side and the other plate is disposed on an outer instep side with respect to a longitudinal center line (LCL) and those two plates are not connected;
(2) long axes of the two plates of the at least two of the plates both form an angle of 0° to 30° with respect to the LCL; and
(3) the shoe sole main body has a toe end tip and a heel end tip, wherein a length of the shoe sole main body is measured from the heel end tip to the toe end tip, wherein both of the two plates of the at least two plates are entirely disposed in a region of the length beginning at 20% of the length and terminating at 70% of the length, as measured in a direction from the heel end tip towards the toe end tip;
