1. A method for baking an edible container, comprising:
providing a mold base having a base plate, a male mold vertically protruding from said base plate having a consistent profile and terminating at an end wall located above said base plate;
providing a housing having a top opening, a bottom opening, and a ring wall affixed to said housing between said top and bottom openings, said ring wall having a profile complementary to said male mold;
forming a pallet having a chamber with an open top by lowering said housing to surround said male mold and mating to said mold base to seal said ring wall to said male mold;
dispensing a fixed volume of dough into said chamber through said open top;
baking said pallet to convert said dough to a pocketed container;
stripping said pocketed container from said male mold with said ring wall by vertically removing said housing from said mold base; and
inverting said housing to remove said pocketed container from said housing through said top opening.
