1. A computer-implemented method, comprising:
determining, by a base station, that a computing device that is located on the ground and is experiencing interference while communicating with the base station;
determining, by the base station, that an aerial vehicle that includes a radio transceiver is in a vicinity of the computing device and is communicating with the base station;
determining, by the base station, a height of the base station;
based on the height of the base station, determining, by the base station, a particular transmission power level for the radio transceiver of the aerial vehicle to communicate with the base station that reduces a likelihood of the computing device that is located on the ground continuing to experience interference while communicating with the base station; and
providing, for output by the base station and to the radio transceiver of the aerial vehicle, an instruction to adjust the transmission power level for the radio transceiver of the aerial vehicle to the particular transmission power level.
