1. An image processing method, applied to an encoder, and the method comprising:
obtaining, by the encoder, statistics information of a block of an image frame;
determining, by the encoder, whether the statistics information satisfies a condition;
in response to determining the statistics information satisfies the condition, determining, by the encoder, CCF (cross component filtering) signaling be disabled; and
excluding, by the encoder, the CCF signaling in a bitstream transmitted to a decoder, the bitstream corresponding to the block, comprising: excluding a CCF flag in the bitstream transmitted to the decoder.
