1. A method, comprising:
identifying a spreading matrix based on information associated with communications between a first electronic device and a second electronic device, wherein the spreading matrix is configured for distributing power among a plurality of subcarriers; and
applying frequency spreading to transmit data during transmission to the second electronic device, wherein the transmission comprises use of the plurality of subcarriers.
