1. A computer-implemented method comprising:
storing a query progression of a first user relating to a given subject matter, wherein the query progression includes:
a plurality of related queries from the first user including at least:
an initial query, and
a final query; and
storing for the user progression, first user activity information that:
identifies a particular search result from the final query of the query progression, and
indicates first user interacted with the particular search result;
receiving a user query from a second user;
based on determining the user query relates to the given subject matter,
comparing the user query from the second user to the query progression of the first user, and
identifying the query progression as a matching query progression having a query, other than the final query in the plurality of related queries of the matching query progression, that corresponds to the user query; and
providing a user interface display to the second user that identifies at least one of:
the final query of the matching query progression; or
the particular search result that corresponds to the final query of the matching query progression and was interacted with by the first user.
