1. An electro-optical device comprising:
a substrate;
a first transistor;
a second transistor adjacent to the first transistor in a first direction;
a light shielding member provided along the first direction between the substrate and the first transistor and between the substrate and the second transistor;
a capacitance wiring;
a pixel electrode provided corresponding to the first transistor;
a first conductive member including a first overlapping portion overlapping the light shielding member in a plan view and a first protrusion portion protruding from the first overlapping portion toward the pixel electrode in the plan view, the first conductive member being configured to electrically couple the first transistor and the pixel electrode;
a capacitance element provided between the substrate and the light shielding member and overlapping the second transistor in the plan view; and
a second conductive member including a second overlapping portion overlapping the light shielding member in the plan view and a second protrusion portion protruding from the second overlapping portion toward the pixel electrode in the plan view, the second conductive member being configured to electrically couple the capacitance element and the capacitance wiring, wherein
a first contact hole configured to electrically couple the pixel electrode and the first conductive member overlaps a second contact hole configured to electrically couple the capacitance element and the second conductive member in the plan view.
