1. An automated test equipment for testing one or more devices under test, the automated test equipment comprising:
a device-under-test interface comprising a plurality of blocks of spring-loaded pins configured to electrically contact a device-under-test board;
a test head configured to couple said device-under-test interface to a test instrument, and
wherein a distance between a first and a second block of the plurality of blocks of spring-loaded pins is adjustable, and
wherein the device-under-test comprises one or more actuators adapted to adapted to effect variation of the distance between the first and the second blocks of spring-loaded pins.
