A fluorine boron beryllium salt, having a chemical formula of Be2BO3F, and is a nonlinear optical crystal having a trigonal structure, wherein the nonlinear optical crystal crystallizes in a non-centrosymmetrical structure with a space group of R32, and cell parameters of a=4.4398 Å, b=4.4398 Å, c=12.4697 Å, α=β=90° , γ=120° , z=3, and unit cell volume (V)=212.87 Å3.
