1. An organic electroluminescence display device comprising:
a substrate;
a display area on the substrate;
a frame area outside of the display area on the substrate;
a lower organic insulating layer in the frame area on the substrate; and
an upper organic insulating layer on the lower organic insulating layer in the frame area on the substrate,
wherein
the lower organic insulating layer includes a first portion, a second portion and a third portion,
the first portion, the second portion and the third portion are separated from each other,
the first portion is located between an edge of the substrate and the second portion,
the second portion is located between the first portion and the third portion,
the third portion is located between the second portion and the display area,
the first portion and the second portion are separated by a first groove,
the second portion and the third portion are separated by a second groove,
the upper organic insulating layer includes a fourth portion, a fifth portion, a sixth portion and a seventh portion,
the fourth portion, the fifth portion, the sixth portion and the seventh portion are separated from each other,
the fourth portion and the fifth portion are separated by a third groove,
the sixth portion and the seventh portion are separated by a fourth groove,
the fourth portion of the upper organic insulating layer overlaps a part of the first portion of the lower organic insulating layer,
the fifth portion of the upper organic insulating layer overlaps a part of the second portion of the lower organic insulating layer,
the sixth portion of the upper organic insulating layer overlaps another part of the second portion of the lower organic insulating layer,
the sixth portion of the upper organic insulating layer is closer to the display area compared to the fifth portion of the upper organic insulating layer,
the seventh portion of the upper organic insulating layer overlaps a part of the third portion of the lower organic insulating layer,
the third groove overlaps the first groove, and
the fourth groove overlaps the second groove.
