1. A method of communicating with a network in a wireless communication system, the method performed by a user equipment (UE) and comprising:
performing a radio resource control (RRC) connection establishment with the network;
entering an RRC connected state based on the RRC connection establishment; and
receiving downlink control information scheduling a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) from the network in the RRC connected state,
wherein a slot allocated for the PDSCH is determined based on a first slot offset and a slot on which the downlink control information is received,
wherein, based on the UE further configured with a second slot offset which is equal to a minimum applicable value of the first slot offset and the second slot offset being applied, the UE is not expected to receive the PDSCH in a slot for which a value of the first slot offset is smaller than a value determined based on the second slot offset, and
wherein the second slot offset is not applied based on i) a time domain resource allocation defining the first slot offset being used and ii) the PDSCH being scheduled with a cell-radio network temporary identifier (C-RNTI), a configured scheduling-RNTI (CS-RNTI), or a modulation and coding scheme-cell-RNTI (MCS-C-RNTI) in a common search space associated with a control resource set (CORESET) 0.
