1. A method comprising:
receiving, by a computing device via an application function (AF), a first message comprising:
one or more priority parameters indicating one or more priorities associated with one or more vehicle-to-everything (V2X) capabilities of a wireless device; and
one or more quality of service (QOS) parameters indicating a QoS of a V2X communication associated with a V2X application for the wireless device;
determining, based on the one or more priority parameters and the QoS, one or more policy and charging control (PCC) provisions for adjusting the V2X communication; and
sending, based on the one or more PCC provisions for adjusting the V2X communication, a second message.
