1. A radio frequency amplifier, comprising:
an amplifier, comprising an input terminal configured to receive an incoming radio frequency signal through a first radio frequency path;
a first inductive-capacitive resonance circuit, comprising a first terminal configured to be coupled to a first reference voltage, wherein a second terminal of the first inductive-capacitive resonance circuit is coupled to the first radio frequency path, and wherein in response to the first reference voltage being at a first reference level, the radio frequency amplifier is enabled, and in response to the first reference voltage being at a second reference level, the radio frequency amplifier is disabled; and
a first bias circuit, comprising a first terminal configured to be coupled to the first reference voltage, wherein a second terminal of the first bias circuit is directly coupled to the input terminal of the amplifier to provide a first direct current component.
