1. A motor cooling structure comprising a rotor connected to a rotary shaft, a stator disposed on the rotor and comprising a stator core and coils, and a housing surrounding the rotor and the stator,
wherein the motor cooling structure comprises:
a first cover extending along an inner circumferential surface of the coils between the stator core and the coils, the first cover being disposed on both sides of the stator core; and
at least one second cover disposed on the outside of the coils with respect to the stator core and provided to extend along the inner circumferential surfaces of the coils; and
wherein oil for cooling a motor through a chamber located between the stator core, the coils, and the housing, and a channel, located between the stator core and the housing, flows;
wherein the at least one second cover is in contact with the housing to separate the chamber into a plurality of spaces; and
wherein the oil flows between the plurality of spaces in the chamber through a first hole defined in each of the first cover and the at least one second cover, and wherein the oil is injected to the rotor through a second hole defined in the at least one second cover.
