1. Audio assist device comprising:
a housing, in which the housing includes a speaker and a memory for storing an audio guidance, namely an audio recording or script for delivering step by step instructions, and for storing and/or transmitting a voice memo or recording made by a user responding to the audio guidance; and
a single recessed button or switch located on the front face of the housing configured to initiate the audio guidance;
in which the audio assist device transmits status related data to a cloud or connected computing device, where status related data includes one or more of the following: audio assist device ID, geo-localisation, signal quality, battery level, trigger condition activated and script activation.
