1. A method, comprising:
acquiring, by a camera of a security system monitoring a property, first image data, the camera positioned at a first location at the property and including an imaging device that acquires the first image data;
determining, by a processor of the camera, that a base station of the security system is in an armed state, the base station being distinct from the camera and positioned at a second location at the property different from the first location, the base station coordinating operations of the camera with other components of the security system to selectively place the security system in an armed state or a disarmed state;
based on the base station being in the armed state, analyzing, by the processor of the camera, the first image data according to first criteria to identify a first event;
acquiring, by the imaging device of the camera, second image data;
determining, by the processor of the camera, that the base station is in the disarmed state;
based on the base station being in the disarmed state, analyzing, by the processor of the camera, the second image data according to second criteria, different than the first criteria, to identify a second event different than the first event; and
sending, from the camera to at least a first device, first data indicative of the first event.
